Quick Start

Getting started

This page summarizes the fastest way to start using FlowHub.

What you need beforehand

  • Owner permissions for a GitHub organization (required for integration setup and automatic repository/Projects creation)
  • (Optional) A Google Workspace domain and admin permissions (if you want automatic calendar creation)

If you do not have a GitHub Organization yet

  1. Create a new Organization by following the official help.
  2. After creation, continue to “Step 1” on this page.
tip

If you already have an Organization, you can skip this section.

Step 1: Create an account

  1. Visit app.flowhubio.com/signup and sign up with your GitHub account.
  2. After login, create your workspace from workspace onboarding.

Step 2: Connect GitHub

  1. Click "Connect" on the GitHub onboarding card.
  2. Select the target organization on the GitHub permission screen and approve access.
  3. FlowHub automatically creates the candidate management repository and Projects. After completion, verify the health on the dashboard.
tip

Google Workspace integration is optional. Set it up only if you plan to use it.

  1. Run OAuth from User settings > Integrations and grant domain access.
  2. In workspace settings, click "Create calendar" to automatically create a calendar for candidate interviews.
  3. Turn monitoring ON to automatically sync and monitor interview events.

Step 4: Invite members

  1. Enter email addresses in workspace settings > Member management.
  2. If the invitation email does not arrive, check spam and resend after some time.
caution

Consecutive sends are rate limited.

Step 5: Try adding a candidate

  1. Open "New issue" in the target repository and choose the Candidate template.
  2. Fill in required fields (candidate name, contact information, position, etc.) and create the Issue.
  3. FlowHub reads the Issue and syncs it to Projects. Status changes are reflected via comments.

Step 6: Check status

  • Check GitHub health and recent webhook delivery results in the dashboard.
info

If there are errors, you can view details in Webhook delivery logs.
